NCCO Begins Implementing an Integrated Management System (IMS)

In a new step toward enhancing operational efficiency and strengthening its corporate management framework, National Company for Chemical Industries (NCCO) has begun implementing an Integrated Management System (IMS) across its various departments.

The system integrates internationally recognized management standards, including ISO 9001:2015 for Quality Management, ISO 14001:2015 for Environmental Management, and ISO 45001:2018 for Occupational Health and Safety, bringing them together within a unified administrative and operational framework.

The implementation of the IMS aims to strengthen integration and coordination between departments, standardize procedures, improve operational efficiency, enhance risk management, and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and recognized standards. It also supports a culture of continuous improvement across the company’s activities and operations.

The Integrated Management System is not limited to a specific department or function. Rather, it extends across NCCO’s various departments, helping establish clear responsibilities and procedures while creating a consistent way of working that supports the company’s future growth and expansion.

This initiative reflects NCCO’s ongoing commitment to developing a work environment that is safer, more efficient, and more sustainable, while further strengthening the confidence of its customers and partners in the systems, processes, and standards behind its products.

At NCCO, we are building a more integrated and sustainable way of working.
